FRANCIS O’DOHERTY LL B.

I have practiced as a Solicitor for over twenty years and am a partner in Bourke Solicitors.

A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, I qualified as a Solicitor in 1997, joining Bourke Solicitors that year and have practiced in the field of property law since that time. I became a partner in the firm in 2001. I advise on a wide variety of property matters including commercial and residential property, planning and development, leases and commercial lending.

I see the essential value of my role as a personal advisor. I believe that my task is twofold – to deal with the technical legal work for my clients and to act as my client’s personal advisor and guide them through the challenges facing them.

A Northsider by birth and residence. I really enjoy cinema and theatre, and am a friend of the Irish Film Institute. I also enjoy walking, hiking and swimming. I travel as much as I can particularly to the Maltese Islands and Mediterranean area, where I enjoy the outdoor life.

Carol Palmer. Bourke Solicitors

CAROL PALMER LL B., Dip.LegalStud

Hi, my name is Carol and I look after residential conveyancing matters at the office. I am a Legal Executive. I have a Law Degree from Trinity and have over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. Like many other people out there I am a working mother with a young family.

I have moved home twice myself and understand the stress involved in the legal process. My role in acting for my clients involves protecting their interests, being honest with them and providing them with the most up to date information available whilst developing a relationship of mutual trust.

When I’m free I like to switch off by reading and enjoy baking with my daughter. I also try to keep fit by running and swimming.
